2. Summarize the What Is Web 2.0 by Tim O'Reillyin one page.
Comment:

O'Reilly defined the Web 2.0 is the network as platform, spanning all connected devices; Web 2.0 applications are those that make the most of the intrinsic advantages of that platform: delivering software as a continually-updated service that gets better the more people use it, consuming and remixing data from multiple sources, including individual users, while providing their own data and services in a form that allows remixing by others, creating network effects through an "architecture of participation," and going beyond the page metaphor of Web 1.0 to deliver rich user experiences.
O'Reilly made point out some key principles of Web 2.0 Design Patterns that we should be rethinking the idea of the past already know.

  • The Long Tail.
  • Data is the Next Intel Inside.
  • Users Add Value.
  • Network Effects by Default.
  • Some Rights Reserved.
  • The Perpetual Beta.
  • Cooperate, Don’t Control.
  • Software Above the Level of a Single Device.
In web 2.0 we can use all the software on net without learning programing. Like to use google map,earth,docs,video...etc.We just use the "Embedded code" that we can show my home with google map on my blog.
