Business-to-business (B2B) is a term commonly used to describe electronic commerce transactions between businesses, as opposed to those between businesses and other groups, such as business and individual consumers or business and government.
B2B is also commonly used as an adjective to describe any activity, be it marketing, sales, or e-commerce, that occurs between businesses and other businesses rather than between businesses and consumers.

3. Digital goods can be distributed over the Internet but physical goods have to be delivered logistically. What are digital goods? What are the differences between the two?

Digital goods , for example like adobe photoshop(software),kkbox(online music),the warcraft(online game)....etc.
Physical goods , for example like Notebook ,iPod ,LCD Monitor....etc.

The digital goods can be play or performs on physical goods and the digital goods are results of the development of the information and communication technology.

媒人的工作內容

先記著，我想不只有我用的到，很多人都等著用！

提親時
1.介紹雙方家長及在場親族互相認識.
2.代替男方家長向女方家長表明此行來意,希望能娶到水水這樣秀外慧中,........(好的形容詞)的女孩當媳婦.希望水父母能同意.
3.向水爸媽詢問女方這邊關於訂結婚的儀式有什麼要求.(一般來說,訂婚一切聽女方安排,結婚則聽男方的意見.但媒人還是要從中握旋,協調兩方的意見.)
4.詢問水家要多少大小聘,要吃多少餅,要不要舉行文訂的儀式.
5.向水父母要水的八字,用來合八字選日子.並確認水家的習慣是只合水和帥的八字來選日子就可以,還是要連雙方父母的八字一起拿去合.
6.再一次表達感謝之意,感謝水爸媽成就這一段美好的姻緣.
7.算好時間,在午時前(中午11點前)代著帥家所有人起身告辭,離開水家.

2.訂婚時
訂婚男方的媒人可到可不到.因為訂婚儀式上比較沒什麼特別的習俗.
時間到,男方訂婚車隊抵達女方家,女方家會指派一位吉祥生肖的小男生為帥開門.男方帶著聘禮聘金喜餅進入女方大廳,東西放在桌上,人員按輩份大小依序入坐,帥帥必須是最後一個入坐的.
新娘由女方請來的好命婆牽出來,請大家喝甜茶.再由好命婆牽回房間,約莫10分鐘再由好命婆牽出來收杯子(當然,也要收紅包).
之後女方在大廳擺好高矮椅各一只,好命婆將新娘簽出來坐在高的那個椅子上,口中要交代新娘:[坐得正,才會得人疼].再把小椅子拿過來放在新娘腳下,讓新娘雙腳放上去.
之後就是兩人互戴戒指(男先幫女戴,女再幫男戴),婆婆幫新娘戴上金飾套組裡的金項鍊,新郎幫新娘戴上套組裡其餘的東西.岳母幫女婿戴上金項鍊,水把帥夾上金的領帶夾.
公婆和媒人將聘金等聘禮交給岳父母,岳父母將要回的禮還給公婆.
最後就是祭祖,由新娘的叔伯點上蠟燭和無腳香,岳父帶領水和帥對祖先上香.告訴女方祖先這個大好的消息.之後男方就可以離開先前往訂婚喜宴的會場.

3.結婚時
這天媒人是要角,是不是個好媒人就看這一天了.
一 早先到達帥家和帥家的迎娶隊伍會合.將緣粉,喜花放進提籃.仔細檢查所有該帶的東西是否都有帶齊.包括新娘捧花有沒有拿,車采有沒有綁好,確定迎娶隊伍的 男丁會綁竹子和豬肉(如果不會要趕快教),相關的繩子剪刀等有沒有帶齊,攝影拍照的人是不是都準時抵達,車門把花是否也都確實的紮好,米篩(或是帶把手的 黑傘)有沒有拿,要沿路點放的小排炮線香是否有帶,
抓緊時間,敦促人員上車出發.
到達女方家門口前最後一個路口,告訴點放排炮的人放炮,通知女方迎娶車隊抵達.女方點放長串鞭炮相迎.車一停妥,媒人要先拿著米篩(黑傘)下車,並告知綁竹子和豬肉的人,帥一進屋就趕快綁.
帥乘坐的禮車一停妥,女方家生肖吉詳的小男生為帥開車門.帥拿著捧花下車,和媒人一起進屋迎新娘.
進屋後,好命婆牽出新娘(或由媒人去牽也可以),新娘新郎跪拜告別父母.岳父母將兩人扶起,準備出發.媒人在大門口拿米篩(黑傘)遮住新娘,一直到新娘上禮車米篩才可以放下.
媒人要再一次叮囑放炮的人,新娘車一開動,只要遇到路口(不管要不要轉彎)和上橋時都要點放排炮.
禮車開動前往新房.
禮 車到新房前最後一個路口,點放排炮告知禮車抵達,夫家燃放長串鞭炮相迎.車一停妥,媒人要趕快下車,拿著米篩來遮新娘.新娘摸過橘子下車後,媒人用米篩遮 著新娘進入樓梯後,米篩可請旁人代拿.媒人須走在新人之前,拿出籃子裡的緣粉一面走一面撒,口中要一直唱唸吉祥話(例如:人未到緣先到,.....).
新娘進房後,媒人先扶新人坐上公婆椅,再端夫家已備好的甜湯(加了桂圓,紅棗,湯圓的甜湯)給新人吃,祝兩人圓圓滿滿早生貴子.
之後扶新人出來大廳祭祖,口中仍要唱唸吉祥話,為新人增添喜氣,讓長輩更喜歡他們.
祭祖完扶新人回房,等候晚上的婚宴.
這時媒人才算大功告成.夫家會致贈大紅包以示感謝.

剛剛回來之後，洗完澡，我爸跟我說了一件事情，關於他教過的一個學生。 　　那不是他導師班的學生，他只是教過這學生某科而已，這學生家裏很窮困，爸爸經商失敗後，欠了大筆債務，他媽媽非常瞧不起自己的丈夫，行李收拾收拾就離婚跑人了，留下他和他姊姊，悲慘的是，連他姊姊都瞧不起這個爸爸，也離家出走，從此再也不聯絡，留下父子倆相依為命。 　　但，他爸爸其實是沒有能力養他的，經商失敗後，為了償還大筆債務，搞到最後連房子都只能用租的，平日就開計程車維生。他爸爸買不起車子，只能跟車行用租的，而跟車行租車，一天不管你跑多少客人，到晚上就是固定要繳錢回車行，算是租金；偏偏現在經濟又不景氣，計程車又不是很好賺，常常跑不到客人，連固定繳回車行的每天的租金，有時都還要自己貼，更發生過，繳錢給車行後，只剩下十塊錢坐公車回家，連飯都沒得吃。 　　而這學生，高中考上我爸任教的學校──南港高工。說實話，真的不是什麼好學校，可想而知他的成績有多差，但是他真的很認真，同學討論哪裡好玩好吃的，他都是默默聽著、一聲不吭，因為他沒有錢，更沒有時間讓他揮霍他的青春。但是他真的很厚道，也許這點遺傳了他的爸爸，社區的義工、醫院的志工…他都當過，證書獎狀厚厚一疊。 　　從國中時代，他就有一個交往中的女朋友，後來這女孩子考上北一女，雖然高一高二仍然有來往，卻都是為了利用他，因為他的電腦繪圖很強，總是幫女孩應付所有大大小小的美編、壁報…等等。到最後，女孩終究還是離開他，北一女、南港高工，這之間的距離有多大，男孩子自己心裡也曉得，他也知道這女孩，就像他的媽媽瞧不起他爸爸一樣的瞧不起他，從此再也沒有來往。但是卻並未造成他喪志頹廢，他一樣為了生活和前途努力的打拼。 　　四年前，他從南港高工畢業，應屆考上台科大高分子工程系，他爸爸知道他考上台科大，真的很高興，可是卻也很憂心，因為，他爸爸出不起學費。 　　他爸爸很難過的告訴他，他只能想辦法自己出學費。就這樣，四年來，他沒要他爸爸一毛錢，除了第一學期用助學貸款，每個學期他都拼命的打工好付學費跟生活費，甚至，他還拿錢給他爸爸補貼家用。一樣的，這四年來，他犧牲了無數的玩樂，他沒本錢像一般大學生一樣，逛街、花錢、吃好吃的、治裝打扮，他根本沒時間，也沒本錢。甚至，他連女朋友都不敢交。 　　四年後的今天，他跨組考研究所，成了台科大自控所的榜首，同時更考上台大機械所。 　　今天，他去找教授，教授一個個問每個來的學生什麼高中、什麼大學畢業？每個不是建中、台大、交大，就是竹中、清大，輪到他，他很坦然的說，台科大。教授說：「哦～不錯啊！什麼高中畢業？」「南港。」「南港高中？」他搖搖頭：「南港高工。」教授看著他，點點頭：「好，你進來。」 　　找完教授，他打電話給正在開計程車的爸爸，告訴他爸爸，他考上台大研究所了，要他爸爸也要勇敢活下去。他爸爸接完電話，當場淚如雨下，再也無法做生意，一路開著車回家。 　　他爸爸打電話給我爸爸的同事，也就是這學生高中的導師，一邊講電話、一邊哭，他覺得真的很愧疚，四年來，他沒給過這孩子一毛錢，他不是不想給，他是根本給不起；當老婆跟女兒離開他之後，若非這兒子還在他身邊，勇敢的為了自己和爸爸而活下去、而努力，他早就沒有活下去的勇氣了。 　　今天，他兒子打電話給他，鼓勵他，也要勇敢的活下去，他真的徹徹底底的潰堤了，一個客人都不能載，就這樣哭了一整天。 　　我想，這孩子一定會成功的，在那樣的逆境，是我怎麼想都沒辦法想像的，從來不愁吃不愁穿的我，真的可說是十分汗顏，當我還在想著買多少化妝品、買多少衣服時，當我還在計較著怎麼我的錢都不夠我吃喝玩樂加打扮時，有人這麼辛苦而又勇敢的生活著。 這是千真萬確的事實，就發生在今天的台灣。在這個時代，勇敢的人，依然存在。

最近的空氣怪怪的。

首先應該是要併編的事情吧，這種事情，也不是我們所樂見的，併過去，只會給單位帶來更大的負擔，行政、業務、工作。。。基本上會快速的成長。
再來是我天天碰到的電腦們，最近真的不知道是啥問題，首先是女朋友的電腦。。莫名奇妙的當機，然後就再也不給登入（此安全性原則無法讓您使用互動式登入），闇他的。。。再來是主任的電腦，壞軌也壞的太巧了吧。。壞在紀錄MBR的第26磁柱。。不能開機就算了，連資料也救不出來。。
SO這幾天，光這兩台電腦就夠我頭大了，不要再說其他工作上的不愉快。。。

P.S.倒數幾天了！！變天吧！！

But I think the most userful for everyone are Blogger (February, 2003),Blogging(October, 2003) ,Picasa(July 13, 2004),Google Earth(October 27, 2004),Google Maps(October 2004),FeedBurner(June 3, 2007) and Gmail.

Every time I opened my browser,I'll first meet the Gmail and use the google search to begin my work or find something I interesting in.

In web 2.0 we can use all the software on net without learning programing. Like to use google map,earth,docs,video...etc.We just use the "Embedded code" that we can show my home with google map on my blog.
